Shipping & Returns
Because our swings are handmade, please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
North America: 1-3 business days
Europe: 2-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-6 weeks
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sweet Swinging is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Returns and Cancellations
We currently do not accept returns. If you have any problems with your order please reach out via email.
Cancellations: please request a cancellation 24 hours after purchase.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There is a 20% restocking fee applicable.
We Do Not Accept Exchanges
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Lost or Stolen Items
If you haven’t received your item in the allotted time, please contact us between 2-6 weeks after the item was first shipped so that we may file a claim and send you a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that have not been communicated to us beyond the month mark.
