Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping Details

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States for all purchases over $125.  We offer a flat rate shipping of $7 for purchases under $125.

Processing Time

Typically our swings ship out in 2-7 days.  We are committed to quality and occasionally a material does not meet our standards.  If this happens our handmade process is delayed.  If you are purchasing with a deadline (ie a shower or event) please reach out and let us know.  We can let you know our current timing. 

Estimated Shipping Times

North America: 2-4 business days
Europe: 2-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-6 weeks
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and are entirely dependent on our shipping partners. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. 

    Customs and Import Taxes

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sweet Swinging is not responsible for delays due to customs.
     
    Order Returns and Cancellations

    We have a 30 day return policy.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  A 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping will also apply.  To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sweetswinging.com.  Expect returns to be credited to your account within 5 days after we receive the returned item.

    Cancellations: please request a cancellation within 24 hours after purchase. 



    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Clearance Items.

    Lost or Stolen Items 
    After you receive your shipping notice, if you haven’t received your item in the allotted time, please contact us so that we may file a claim.  Unfortunately packages get lost and this is outside of our control.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that have not been communicated to us beyond the 1 month mark.
