We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer free returns for 30 days on all eligible items and free exchanges for 90 days. Items must be unopened with all tags attached.

First of all, we are tickled pink to have the honor of helping you welcome your baby into the world. Secondly, yes, we ask that you send us a quick message with your name, your address, the swing your registered for and if you are sharing with guests, the babies name. This way we can watch out for duplicate orders and hopefully catch them before they are shipped your way.

Yes! Our swings used to come standard with a single suspension. Single suspension means they are suspended from one point, therefore, will swing in all directions and not back and forth like a traditional swing. Single suspensions require less of a foot print for movement. We now offer all of our swings standard with dual suspension, which swing back and forth like a traditional swing. BONUS: All dual suspensions can be hung on 1 hook if you choose and it will move like a single suspension.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. We ship with both UPS and USPS. If there is something special about your address that needs a specific carrier, please let us know.

No. Our site doesn't allow for stacking of codes. Our recommendation is that you choose the code that saves you the most on your purchase.

All items ship from Iowa, so the further you are from there, the longer it will take. Shipping times vary based on package size, the time of year and shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that Sweet Swinging is not responsible for carrier delays.
If you need an item for an event that is within 2 weeks from the order date please let us know that in the notes.
International Shipments take anywhere from 3 days to 6 weeks depending on the item size and the location. We only offer expediated shipping for some international destinations to limit the possibility of damage/ loss.
