First of all, we are tickled pink to have the honor of helping you welcome your baby into the world. Secondly, yes, we ask that you send us a quick message with your name, your address, the swing your registered for and if you are sharing with guests, the babies name. This way we can watch out for duplicate orders and hopefully catch them before they are shipped your way.

Swings come standard with a single suspension.  This means they are suspended from one point, therefore, will swing in all directions and not back and forth like a traditional swing. Single suspensions require less clearance space for movement. Do you prefer to have you swing move front to back like a traditional swing?  Choose Dual Suspension. TIP: all dual suspensions can be hung on 1 hook if you choose and it will move like a single suspension.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. We ship with both UPS and USPS. If there is something special about your address that needs a specific carrier, please let us know.

Currently, we do not have a physical store but you can find our products carried in stores across the country.

No. Our site doesn't allow for stacking of codes. Our recommendation is that you choose the code that saves you the most on your purchase.

All items ship from Iowa, so the further you are from there, the longer it will take. Shipping times vary based on package size, the time of year and shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that Sweet Swinging is not responsible for carrier delays.

If you need an item for an event that is within 2 weeks from the order date please let us know that in the notes.

International Shipments take anywhere from 3 days to 6 weeks depending on the item size and the location. We only offer expediated shipping for some international destinations to limit the possibility of damage/ loss.

Processing times vary depending on item and time of year. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible therefore we are unable to edit, or change orders once they have been placed. We ask that you double check your shipping address before checking out.

Our Low Back swings have a lower height in the back. We find that the High Back swing offers more support for smaller children but no 2 children are created alike so we can not say that one is better than the other. No. We do not recommend leaving any pillows, loveys or swings crafted with unsealed wood outdoor for extended periods of time.
