Congrats!! You did it!
If installing a dual suspension swing or a Grow With Me swing, repeat steps 1-3 for the second eye screw. Make sure the second hole is located 15-24" from the first screw and located on a stud.
After hanging the swing, give it a strong tug to ensure the swing is securely in the ceiling studs.
You may need to "balance" your swing by ensuring that the front panel is in the middle of the dowel rod and that the front and back dowel rods are parallel. You can do this by adjusting the knots on either up or down. If you have questions about this, reach out, we are always happy to help.

I live in an apartment, can I hang the swing?
Most building are constructed with studs and drywall. Some are concrete and in that case you will need special mounting hardware. As for hanging something up it depends on your lease. It usually falls into the same category as hanging pictures on the wall. If in doubt reach out to your landlord.

A little trick we have learned is to take a piece of paper and put that between the ceiling and stud finder. This will allow it to glide along easier.
I can't find a stud, what should I do?
I can't find a stud, what should I do?
We recommend checking your batteries. Sometimes it is easiest to test the stud finder on a wall. Studs are typically about 16- 24 inches apart and run the same direction across the ceiling. We do not recommend guessing. If you do not hang your swing in a stud it is not safe and will fail the "pull" test that should be used before putting a child in the swing.
Can the swings be used outdoors?
Can the swings be used outdoors?
One of the things that people love about our swings is that you can move them around just by unclipping them. You can take our indoor swings outside to enjoy for the day however the wood is not treated and the fabric is not fade resistant so it will not hold up to the exposure of being left outside.
My swing is too long/ too short, can I adjust the height?

How long can my baby use the swing?
How long can my baby use the swing?
There are too many baby items out there that our kids liked for literally days. I mean days I could count on fingers and sometimes toes. We didn't want more products in our homes that fit that category. Our swings can be used for years and can easily be relocated as your schedules and rythmes change and your the child in your life grows. If you are looking for stats our swings can be used by kids up to 55 lbs for Low Backs and High backs and 65 lbs for the Grow with Me.
