Swings come standard with a single suspension. This means they are suspended from one point, therefore, will swing in all directions and not back and forth like a traditional swing. Prefer to have move front to back like a traditional swing? Choose Dual Suspension.
If you intend to use this attached to a swing set we recommend the dual suspension.

Always supervise your child when in a swing. Please do not leave them unattended.
Baby must be able to sit unsupported to use the swing.
Care- Brush, Wipe and Spot Clean with Mild Cleaning Solution. It can also be sprayed off using a hose and then left to fully air dry. While the fabric is mold resistant, mildew can grow on dirt so be sure to keep your swing brushed off.

What is single or dual suspension?
This has to do with how the swing moves after installation. Single suspension means that the swing is attached to the ceiling (or a tree) from a single point and will move in all directions, twisting etc. Dual suspension means that the swing is attached at 2 points and will move like a traditional swing in a back and forth motion. If you are intending to use this on an outside swing set we recommend dual suspension.
Where can I hang my swing?
The swing can be hung from any stable beam whether it's installed indoors or outdoors. On swing sets, attached to a sturdy tree branch, or hung from a patio beam are all great spots. It's important to make sure the beam is not rotting or weakened. If in installing inside you can find the ideal location for the eye bolt with the help of a stud finder. For more detailed guidance and information, please refer to our full Installation instructions. In addition, our swings can also be hung using our optional tree straps, providing even more flexibility in where you can enjoy your swing.
How do I care for my swing?

What are the weight recommendations?
The recommended weight limit for our swings is 55 lbs. This is intentionally a conservative number. We recognize the precious and priceless little people that will be using our products so we don't see the weight limit as a spot to push any limits.
Can I leave my swing outside?
This swing is designed to withstand the elements. The wood has been sealed and the fabric is specifically designed to be fade and mildew resistant. If you know you want to leave your swing outside this is the swing for you.
Depending on weather exposure the wood may need to be resealed every 1-2 years. Please reach out to us for our recommendations.
What is the difference between Premium Outdoor and Outdoor?
The difference between the Premium Outdoor and Outdoor swings in the fabric that is used. The Premium Outdoor is rated to better withstand fading from being in the sun being rated at over 25,000 hours. The Outdoor fabric is rated at 1,000 hours for U.V color steadfastness making it a great choice for covered porches where they will still get exposed to some sun and moisture.
